Ever since the launch of Google+ their Hangout feature is much talked about. It is the only feature that separates Google+ from all other social networking websites. With Google+ Hangouts you can experience a seamless video conference with up to 10 members.  You also get the normal chat box where you can share photos, links etc. On top of that Google+ took a step further to enhance their Hangout experience ever further. Yesterday Giga OM released an article stating that Google Hangout will support Live YouTube streaming inside a Google Hangout.

Today morning as I logged in to my Facebook account i saw that Facebook popped up with a message saying "Simplify your Messages Try Now". Being a curious tech enthusiast I immediately tried the new look and suddenly the entire left side of the Facebook Page became the chat window. So from now onwards you do not have to click the chat button every time to see who is online. For the first couple of minutes the left chat column was kind of disturbing and I must say that it takes a little while getting used to.   After a while the new chat window proves really helpful as you can see who is online and also browse through you news feed at the same time.

2011 might just be the best year for Google till date. A new and refreshing look, a new social network new updated services and much more. Really guys I think that with each calculative move Google CEO Larry Page is striking the bull's eye every time.  Last week Google released something totally unique and offbeat called Email Intervention. The sole motive of launching such a massive campaign is to dominate their successful mailing service Gmail, even further. Email Intervention allows you to send invites to friends and family members who are still not using Gmail.

Today Adam Bain currently the president of Global revenue at Twitter announced that they are going to roll out promoted tweets on the timeline of each and every user over the next few weeks.  Twitter has grown immensely and is still on the run. Even though the social networking site might not be as big as Facebook but more and more people are starting to understand the impact of Twitter in our daily lives. Ever Since the company was started in 2009 Twitter failed to apply an effective business model to monetize their  network.  According to Adam Bain now they are all set and ready to launch their full fledged business model of Promoted Tweets.

Along with the launch of the new Macbook Air and the Thunderbolt Display Apple also announced the launch of their new Mac Mini. The basic design of the Mac Mini is pretty much similar but there are several performance improvements over its previous generation.  Another major change in this new version is that there is no optical drive in the Mac Mini anymore.
